Getting Started

Ready to Rock and Roll!? Come in for a FREE INTRO TO CROSSFIT class on Mondays from 6:00pm-7:30pm, then try TWO FREE REGULAR CLASSES. In the Intro class, you will learn the nine functional movements as well as all other important aspects of becoming prepared to jump into CrossFit classes. All classes are one hour each and will consist of a warm-up, movements, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). After completing the Intro To CrossFit class, you are invited to try an additional 2 regular classes absolutely FREE.  Whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete, Garden Grove CrossFit will work with you to make sure your challenged at your comfort level.
